Postby master ed » Sun Apr 02, 2006 12:33 am

They make the episodes with "sh*t" and "f*ck" already bleeped out. There aren't any uncensored versions out there.

Nope, it's for every season.

I'm not a big fan of it myself, either, but hey, at least they have some form of standards.

All the seasons are, and frankly if that is such a big deal to you, stop watching the show.

As far as I know, what you got on the DVDs is what you saw on Comedy Central when the eps first aired. If you remember them unbleeped, it must be because you read transcripts where the bleeps were removed (like mine. :))

Yeah, sorry, there are no uncensored episodes, except for maybe It Hits the Fan. The eps are made censored....the bleeps aren't added in later.

sometimes they rearrange the audio. for example in the episode "cancelled" from season 7 dvd added an extra sound of the dukes of hazzard scene. also in casa bonita when cartman sings "casa bonita, casa bonita..." it has background music that didn't have when the episode aired on comedy central. there are a lot of other examples.

also, i think it's better with the bleeps. i like how it sounds when jimmy says "they told us to go f-f(bleep)k ourselves".

Actually the changes you mention in your post aren't made for DVD. They are made between episode premieres and episodes reruns. 603-Asspen for example. In its premiere airing it had the normal end credits music. In repeats afterward (and on the DVD) it had M&T's parody of "Take Me On" over its end credits instead.
