question on the guy who inspired mr. mackey

i guess his name is "Mr. Lackey"? anybody have information or pictures of this guy? i guess he was trey's junior high counciler or something. help is appreciated.

No. We're not that obsessed with the guy to look for pictures or other information about him. If Trey says anything more about him than he already has, we'll post it here.
