Season 10 Idea
Season 10 Idea
Okay well this may not sound good to you folks but what i think should happen during or at the start of season 10 should be the boys entering grade 5. Good idea, yes? It may change the life in south park a little bit.
Also one episode idea I have is to make an episode strickly how life for the boys will be when in there teen years or adult years. People would love to see that.
Who agrees?

If their ages were upped again, physical change would have to happen. It wouldn't look right having them increase by two ages and yet not growing at all, and then the nicer, more even style would be completely lost. I think they should stay where they are. There's still confusion between calling them 8 and 9 years old, we don't need 10 added to that, either.
As for an episode taking place in the future, I don't really like that idea too much. It completely kills the imagination. I'd rather they just stay where they are, in fourth grade, 8 or 9 years old, for the rest of the show.

I remember listening to the commentarie on the fourth season of South Park, and Matt 'n' Trey said the whole moving the boy's up a grade was a "HOOSK!" That the only reason they did it was they wanted to see 'the character of Mr.Garrison' develop, and see the reaction from the South Park 'viewers', (us). If I remember correctly, Matt 'n' Trey said that they were thinking about bringing the boys back in the third grade in the next episode.

It's on "The South Park: Complete Fourth Season" commentarie; Episode. 412 "Fourth Grade."

But seeing the (four boys) in High School? In way, we already have seen the (four boys); well the (two of the main boys), as "adult-teens." In Episode. 616 "My Future Self 'N' Me", we saw Cartman, Stan, Butters; etc.. and "Kevin", if you want to count him, as "adult-teens."
They did have "changed." They all had 'Five O'Clock Shawdo', height built on to them, deeper voices; etc..

Yeah, I know all of that, I have all of the seasons. I haven't listened to alot of the season 4 comentaries though. And about "My Future Self N' Me", that's not how Stan and Butters will end up being like, but that really was Cartman's future self at the end. The boys could get in a car accident or something and see their own futures, but the Simpsons have already done a future episode, oh well they've done everything.

That's diffently true! The two episode of "The Simpsons" that come to my mine, is when Lisa meets a gypsy at a Ressanince Fair; and for see's her future. The other is, when "The Simpsons", move in with President Lisa Simpson, and Bart causes a bunch of ruckus..(I'm not sure; I haven't seen that episode in a while).

Like a CLYDE very own episode, Because they dont use him very much... Make it like the butters very own episode. So that CLYDE's mum and dad are having marrige difficulties! That would be a funny episode...
For one, that would kind of be like "Butter's Very Own Episode", and Clyde is kind of a "basic" character that pop's in at random moments.
Here's a few, of many episodes; that he pop's up in:
"Hooked On Monkey Phonics"
"Christmas In Canada"
"Douche and Turd"

A day in fifth grade.
I dont really like the idea of all of them going in to fifth grade and staying like that.
Another idea would be to have them do a big test which they will cheat on and then they find out that they did really good on it and they get transfered to fifth grade. Then they spend a day in fifth grade. But they do so bad on all the homework that they get sent back a grade.
That way they wouldent have to be older but they would still be in fifth grade... for a little bit.

Plain and simple: Matt 'n' Trey said on the commentary for season four, they would never bring the boys to the fifth grade, sixth grade, seventh grade; etc.. They said the only reason they did it for was a joke!

one i think if it would be hilarious if they brought them back to 3rd grade with out saying anything, but i think if they go to the 5th grade they will be sort of mini 6th graders, and when you see the 6th graders in eps, they love porn and all that, but what i think gives southpark more funnyness is that the kids dont know that much, but still act the way they do

Well Matt 'n' Trey had already dicussed that idea on the "South Park: Complete Fourth Season" commentary DVD. They said bringing them back a grade for an episode, and having the "four boys" notice that their in third grade; and then re-apearing in the fourth grade again in another episode would be pointless.
The "four boys" are already funny being "naive"; all of them being intrested in porn, tits, drugs and beer (not including Kenny, who is a pervert) would make them lose their pure innocents.
