This one is quite obvious that Kyle and Cartman don't have engine bikes so when kyles bike falls down the hill how come it explodes when it lands also when Kyle goes over to push Cartman just before the bike chase Kyles wheel on his bicycle gose right through him.

I think it's a call back to an early episode of Family guy where a horse & cart get forced off the road, and both the cart and horse blow up for no apparent reason.
