I'd check out eBay dude, that's where I buy them. I've seen Frozen Kenny's on there for like $50 (give or take a few bucks).

I would say ebay. They have ALOT to choose from. Hell, I even saw a 10 inch Bebe on there. Hope I helped.

I tried Newbury Comics, but they didn't have that much. But, alas, every Newbury Comics differs somewhat. The one that I go to had like action figures of the South Park characters like Damien, Fetus lady, etc and bobble-heads but that's all I saw.. so yeah.... try ebay x D

By the way, I haven't seen any SP plushes in Spencer's Gifts in a looong time now. I wonder if they've stopped carrying them, or if it's that no one is making them anymore.
