So I tried to look up and DLC that might be coming out for SoT and I've seen conflicting reports.

Some sites say that it was confirmed at E3 that there would in fact be "multiple DLC packs" and "three standalone episodes will be released as DLC on Xbox on a timed exclusive basis, featuring their own stories, taking you to places in South Park you've never been before".


Then in another article it states that Trey had said there will be none...

Good Time with Weapons Pack

This pre-order DLC based off the episode "Good Time With Weapons'' and is the same for every region and retailer.

• Bulrog Chicken Attack - Turns normal enemies into helpless chickens.
• Cartman's Kick-ass Sai - Standard daggers are used by Cartman in the Good Time With Weapons episode.
• Samurai Warrior Costume - A samurai suit made of cardboard.

Mysterion Super Hero Pack

The Xbox 360 version of the game will include this exclusive DLC based off the episode "The Coon."

• Mysterion Special Attack - Mysterion joins the battle and helps defeat enemies using his stealth.
• Superhero Costume - Dress up as a Superhero and keep your identity safe from South Park citizens.
• Dagger of Cthulu - Use the switchblade that was used to stab Mysterion in the episode ''Mysterion Rises.''

Trey was joking about there being no DLC last July.

This was all announced before THQ went belly up and hasn't been spoken of since then. I do really hope Trey was kidding about there being no DLC.

i preordered + collector's edition. The weapons seem to have been removed from the game, the armor is still available, however

Hm... Wiki articles about the game no longer mention the XB360 exclusives, so any DLCs that exist came with the pre-orders. To find those, you have to look in your toy chest when you play the game.

they should release the uncensored scenes via DLC!!! These guys are pushing for it! plus they seem to be offering free hats!

Looks like we spoke too soon. They just released some of the pre-order DLC for download on all three versions of the game. The Ultimate Fellowship and Super Samurai Spaceman packs are out for download. Nothing on the other pre-order DLC though yet.

Yes. They've made the pre-order DLC available to everyone. This doesn't mean they're new.

I suspect the the bureaucratic mess surrounding the development of this game may be delaying the production of any DLC. And seeing as a new console generation has been unleashed upon the world I some how doubt we'll get new episode type DLC.

Oh well. At least they have the graphics engine made. Maybe there will be another game in the future.

Just, hopefully not a turn based RPG.
