I don't know if I've mentioned it or not, but I've been having back problems for close to a month now. Turns out I've got a bulging disc that's pressing on my sciatic nerve giving me quite excruciating leg pain at times. I've taken a day off work here & there the past few weeks, but this is the first time I took 2 days off (3, since im supposed to be off wed). I'm awaiting referral and insurance info so I can see a back & spine specialist. Hopefully a round of steroid injections will set me right. Otherwise, we're talking surgery and I have my reservations about that.

Hi. You can't see me because of the internet, and I can't see you because I'm totally gay- gay, excuse me, I mean blind.

I don't remember where I left off. I had the steroid injections. Felt amazing for a few hours, and slept the rest of the day. (they had to put me under to do this) I'm slightly better than I've been, but it's much the same. Just enough pain & ache that it's pretty damn annoying. The spine/neurologist said this thing can take 90 days to a year to absorb. Hopefully it won't be that long.
I've avoided the surgery because there's a greater risk of this reoccurring if I have it than if I let it heal on it's own.

Jesus. I just had a sucky experience at the Irving Denny's. I walk in and the person who seated me acted like it was an inconvenience. They did take my drink order & I got it, but they never came back to take my order. I sat there for 30 minutes. I couldn't log onto their wifi either, but that didn't really matter. Hell, there was a guy who came in like 10 min. after me, got seated, got his drink, ordered, and got his food in that time. I finally left. All I wanted was some nachos. (honestly, where else am i gonna find nachos at 3am?) I went to the one here in Euless. Got seated right away, got my order in right away, and was finished in the time I was sitting in the other location. If memory serves, I stopped going to Irving Denny's because of sh*tty service. (and honestly if IHOP had nachos, i'd go there first)

Hey Mamont, I'm good but not much new. I got spring break next week so that will be cool. I got my classes set up nice and the routine down. I think I will get all A's but my nutrition class is tough and I have a 90 rate now.
