The commentary starts off with Matt and Trey saying they were thinking of a troll character for a few years already, a person who'd live normally during the day and be a troll at night. That definition changed as the season went along, and the troll fancied himself as an artist and provocateur. This meshes well with Gerald being a Yelp reviewer, critiquing food in an artistic way. As a provocateur, he had a parallel provocateur in Trump, who was running for office already. With Garrison having flashes of Trump in Season 19, Matt and Trey knew they couldn't just bring Garrison back as a teacher - they had to have him run for President - and win if Trump won. Matt and Trey were going for A Tale of Two Provocaterus, heh.

Garrison vs. Clintion, Cartman quoting the NYT on The Ghostbusters, JJ Abrams and Star Wars, all that was part of the setup to the gender war between boys and girls.

Had Trump lost, Garrison would have come back to school and apologized for the previous year, gotten his job back, and things would have gone back to normal.

They thought serialization would work out, but Trump winning ruined that for them.

They didn't focus on the details at all - no mention of PC Principal, member berries, Kenny not being in the season all that much, Heidi and Cartman, or Stan and Wendy. They mentioned Ike only in that Betty Parker voiced him and got a bigger role as the season went on, and Butters and his #wienersout movement. No Bill and Bill.
What about deleted scene information? Which episodes had deleted scenes and what were they like? And what about Freja Ollegard? You didn't say that there wasn't any details in the commentaries about her. Was she based off a real-life breast cancer survivor who won some Olympic gold medal and/or any female celebrity with a breast cancer awareness site?
South Park is way funnier than Family Guy.
Also Mr. Garrison and Donald Trump are two SEPARATE people with completely different career backgrounds.

Nothing on her either.

Deleted scenes
2001 - Member Berries: Cartman reading from Little Red Riding Kyle. The twist here is that a little girl says "That's not a bad wolf, Stan!" and "I don't like boys! Do the piggies next!"
2002 - Skank Hunt: No finished footage, but storyboard drawings and Matt and Trey doing the girls' voices. Bebe and Nichole are in their normal voices.
2003 - The Damned: Rancher Jud approaches a bunch of talking member berries ("'member when women weren't allowed to play golf?"), takes one and squashes it between his fingers. He tells Randy he's afraid the member berries might throw the election, and Randy gets the hint.
2004 - Wieners Out: As kfgg mentioned above, Kyle approaches the girls during volleyball practice and asks what the boys could do to show the girls they understand and support them. He hangs himself when he calls the girls beautiful and tries not to be misunderstood. Wendy asks what he wants, and Kyle wants to make amends. He asks what he can do, and Annie tells him to bring the boys to the big game that night. Kyle wants to know what he can do other than that, but gives in when nothing else is offered.
2005 - Douche And A Danish: no deleted scenes
2006 - Fort Collins: Gerald talks to Kyle about being a homo emo piece of sh*t, but in his room, not over Face Time. He wants to talk to his son the way guys talk to each other, but you can hear the frustration in his voice.
2007 - Oh, Jeez: no deleted scenes
2008 - Members Only: At SpaceX, a scene right out of the old Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory - Cher has eaten a pizza pocket and looks like Veruca Salt after eating blueberries. Naturally, she's rolled away to a clinic. Second deleted scene has Cartman and Heidi in their space suits, jumping near home base on Mars. Butters shows up in his own suit... with a big package (you can guess where). Butters adjusts Cartman's gravity boots and Cartman floats away. This was changed to the scene in the plane where Cartman and Heidi get to their seats and sit down, only to be joined by Butters moments later. The deleted scene ends with Cartman, Heidi, and Butters in the plane scene. Third scene is Gerald breaking down in front of Dick Slapperman in the Troll Trace holding cell.
2009 - Not Funny: Elon Musk calls Heidi really smart, but nothing about funny. She thanks him. The second part is in storyboard form: Heidi asks Cartman what's wrong, and he asks her to tell him - he doesn't know. Third deleted scene is the generals asking Garrison if they should bomb the sh*t out of Denmark. Garrison is quite unsure, but reluctantly says "Sure?" The bombing goes ahead.
2010 - The End of Serialization as We Know It: Several fighter jets approach Denmark, but the Pentagon tells them to stand down - President Garrison has cancelled the bombing. The pilots ignore the order, fearing their Internet histories will be revealed if Troll Trace is allowed to exist, and bomb the sh*t out of Denmark. Second scene has Craig's father appear at his son's door and telling him he loves him, in case Troll Trace reveals his Internet history.

Random deleted scenes:
The men of South Park at JJ Abrams' mansion - just a variation of the scene in "Member Berries."

Did they at least stated that the gender wars are officially over with the school couples getting back together?

Double Dammit! Now let's talk about deleted scenes. How many were there and what were they like?

No alternate version of Oh Jeez where it had Hillary winning instead of Garrison?

That was all changed with Trump's victory. Changing the episode as fast as they did that night meant nothing deleted was saved. Some of the original stuff stayed in, but altered to fit Trump's victory.

No, it's because I don't want to waste my money that I'll only use to find out about something and never use it again.

Someone is bound to put it up on YouTube, I'm patient. Mainly cause I just started listening to commentaries and I'm only up to season 12.
