Technically, it would make NO sense for Liane to be his father, because then that means SOMEONE would have had to have given birth, and that is NOT something you can just hide from an entire town. Liane's really a good mother, she's just so misguided and lonely. I feel bad for her and Cartman equally, but most of the blame is left on her (as it should be), because she's the parent.
