Do Matt and Trey use ...
any electronic vocal effects in doing the voices?
I can't imagine half the voices coming out of these guys.

They do, for the kids. They'll talk the way kids talk, but in their normal voices, then pitch the voices up until they sound like they do when the eps air. For Satan and other deep voices, they pitch down.

I’m sure some special characters use certain forms of voice effects to make them sound more like that character. I think Saddam’s voice is pitched up, for example. So it’s not just the kids. Trey and Matt are only two people, so sometimes it’s hard to make a completely different sounding voice for each of the many characters without using some digital help.
