I can proudly say that the new American Dad this time was more funny than both episodes of South Park last week and this week. And the new Family Guy... well, it still made me laugh more than South Park did. Shame really, I love all these shows to death but American Dad [for me] seems to be reigning supreme in the comedy ranks.

I love Family Guy, even the new episodes. There are only 3 shows I watch religiously, Family Guy is one of them.

I don't really like Family Guy, it uses to much slap stick humour and it gets lame and Stewie is the only funny character. I'm more of an anime guy but i also love South Park, because its constantly funny.

South Park is my favourite, but i find both shows hilarious. They're different kinds of comedy though, like other people have already said.

If South Park is Peanuts on acid, then Family Guy is the Simpsons on speed.

I haven't been impressed by the last 2 episodes of Family Guy...my favourite episodes would be from mid-late season 2 and the first few eps of season 4. I have to say though, Seth MacFarlane is a very talented voice actor.

Family guy's pretty lame. "The boys" at SP got it right when they criticized the moment-to-moment randomness of that show. Can't compare to SP or The Simpsons. The Simpsons in it's prime, which was probably seasons 3-8, was probably the best show in the history of television. SP has been up there to, but the last season hasn't been the best.
