Well, this morning was the worst possible way to start off my March Break...my grandpa died

This morning he just collapsed and got taken to the emergency room. And about an hour ago my dad called and said he didn't make it. It'll be so weird not seeing him again. At every family gathering I'd always sit next to him and we'd talk, now it's just going to be strange never seeing him again.

That happened to me my freshman year of high school-- in the middle of a basketball game right before spring break, my mom called me and told me my grandpa had died. He was 92, I think, so it was inevitable, but still it hurt a lot.

In other news... as soon as I finish this bitch of a lab report, I am dying my hair dark brown. ^^ I'll let y'all know how it turns out.

But seriously, in regards to Coffee's post... well, if that's the case, I understand. Actually, I don't mind the locking of this Random Thread after another 1000 posts if it becomes to hard to moderate after a certain point, yet I feel the original Random Thread should remain stickied [I noticed NSFU had stickied it, then Will decided to UN-sticky it, as if HE wants to be known as the dude who thought it up. Sorry dude, that seems VERY ego-orientated :B], so memories remain.

Also, once the 3rd Random thread begins, can the second be merged with the first? Or will the forum's incapabilities crap out on you guys again?

Today has been so strange. When I first found out he had died I just sat on the couch for half an hour staring at the wall, plus I haven't eaten all day and I have a stomache ache.

I'm going to my grandmas tomorrow, and all of my aunts and uncles will be there. I guess the best way to deal with it is just to keep busy and not think about it...which is very hard to do.
