Spent the whole day switching between watching videos on my Laptop and painting. Not only did I learn the hard way, that Water-based paints DON'T mix with Oil-based paints, but now I've got 4 paintings on my task-list - 1 on my small easel, 1 on my larger easel, 1 small one leaning by my bedroom wall and another massive one standing up by a wall.

Cleaning off Oil paint is a bitch!

Oil paints, whether they're oil or water based, are a pain up the a*s to clean up.

They're better for blending colors, though- they don't dry as fast as acrylics and you have more control over them than watercolors.

Today...I just hung out and got a haircut...nothing special.
