Random- My dad accidentally broke the demo guitar at Sam's Club today; he was trying to fix the out-of-tune strings and they snapped.
The strings were probably cheap anyhow...

Goodbye, cruel world...
I'm leaving you today
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye...
Goodbye, all you people

Re: Randome thread - Happy Boxing Day!
Hey, all!
So, I see the Boxing Day thing added to the title here and am wondering, what is that? I know it's a holiday for Canada, and I'm guessing all countries under British monarchy, but I never quite understood what it was all about.
As a US citizen, we don't celebrate it, but this Yank is willing to learn.

Wikipedia says that Boxing Day is a traditional celebration dating back to the Middle Ages, of which the primary practice is the giving of gifts to employees, the poor, or to people in a lower social class.

I could've done a much better job with his hair, but I was in a hurry. I have to go to the orthodonist in a few minutes and meet my fate (I haven't been wearing my rubber bands lately).

^That's good! I'd probably mess up his pose, especially the hand holding the sword. Hands were always my weak point. You're good at hands, but one eensy weensy lil crit would be to make the wrists narrower so we knew where the hands ended. Otherwise, awesome job!
...Speaking of art, I'm actually making an art tutorial right now because people were wondering how I coloured my work.

Bleh. I'm still two scared to color. I always feared I'd mess up. Plus, I don't have Photoshop.
And it's really a lightsaber

I don't have Photoshop, either. I use OpenCanvas, which I think is just as good. I love it because you can get effects that look just like paint/pencil/pastel/marker/any other medium you can think of.
Oops, my fault! Should have recognized the Jedi uniform, silly me ^^;
