Currently, I'd have to say Rachel Bloom. Not only is she gorgeous, she's also very funny and a good singer. (most people probably don't know who she is, because she's more internet famous than traditionally famous, but I recommend looking her up on youtube.)

I've also had a long-standing crush on James Marsters. Even got to meet him at a convention, and he's a nice guy as well as being devastatingly handsome. Still looks good at fifty, too.
