I think some girl will get a crush on Kenny and start stalking him and Kenny will end up dead before he ever gets a chance. Stan will be trapped in a relationship with some controlling girl and never have sex with her until they're married. Butters will probably get into a relationship without even knowing it, and then he'll freak out when the girl tries to have sex with him. Cartman will probably be in a healthy relationship with a girl who actually loves him, because there's no way he'll get a girl based on looks.
