I noticed when Pioneer Paul asks the Blacksmith to remove his watch he calls him "Chad," but when the blacksmith is being interrogated the thieves reveal his name is David.

That's because Chad is the name of the character that he plays as in the Pioneer Village David is his real name

When the second pioneer threatened by the terrorist guy for the code was confessing the #'s he said "5,2" then was shot.

But later on the Stan urged the answer out of the pioneers the code was "1864"?

When Cartman is looking for a partner, he says "Craig? Token?" even though he is cleary looking at Clyde (not Craig) & Token and already found out that Craig was partnered with Kenny.

The episode thread is where we discuss the episode. The blooper thread is just where we post mistakes we noticed in the episode.

Watch the part where the man begins to give up the code at around 12:00. then watch the version of this episode that is on this site. you will notice that in one he begins the code with "5,2" in the other he only says 1. blooper fixed perhaps?

Yeah, they tend to fix little mistakes that crop up after the first airing right away. Usually the weekend airings have all the fixes in them.

I noticed at the very end of this episode where it shows the pioneer lady saying

i can finally take off this dress

or whatever she says it shows Murderin' Murphy from the back with his bald cap already taken off but he doesn't take it off till the scene right after that. It's just something stupid i noticed.
