I can just imagine how happy Kenny would be smokin' pot without gettin' busted (I bet Stan, Kyle & perhaps Cartman would love that freedom, too) , peeing in open-air urinals on the street, lookin' at window-displayed prostitutes (they're legal & clean, too), & seeing a TV weather girl sprip while doing a forecast (the Dutch aren't as puritanical as we are)
