What do you think was the worst episode?

The worst episodes, in no order, according to me, are:

Pip
Sexual Harassment Panda
Ladder to Heaven
Butt Out
Go God Go Part XII
Death
Not Without My Anus
You got F'd in the A

Some part of the episodes were great, like Butters's tap dancing accident, but some of the parts of the episode didn't that much amusement to it. It didn't have anything to talk about.

Wow, alot of people thought pip was a bad episode, and that's like the only episode I've never seen before!

Basically, I don't think there's a bad one at all from Seasons 1 - 6. Pip was not all that great, but it was still worth watching IMO.

My least favorite episode was Scott Tenorman Must Die. Although it was rad...it changed Cartman forever (until season 12) from that classic little sh*thead yelling at people to "Respekt ma authoritah" to some annoying little bigot. That being my least favorite episode, Breast Cancer Show Ever was my favorite.
