That is such a good idea, but of course the episode already aired. I'm surprised they didn't break the rules representing the council. Never less, the episode showed great use of plots even though Matt and Trey did not add this in the episode. Oh well.

No, since Margaritaville can be something else entirely. MnT would have had to use the song itself without his permission for him to have a case.
Indeed, here's the actual Margaritaville® Premium Frozen Concoction™ Maker at Bed Bath & Beyond.

Okay. this was a VERY good episode of SP. i just thought i'd point out the good && bad points. AND NO. I'M NOT CRITICIZING ANYTHING. THESE ARE MY OPINIONS.
GOOD
-This had a very good plot. I liked the fact that they included Jesus on this one while NOT making fun of Him or saying He's not real.[[bc i'm a very spiritual person]]
-they focused mostly on the economy. very good.
-they had the "clamex guy'' and the "yeah...no...yeah.." joke. haha. good job guys.
-they had Kyle going EVERYWHERE trying to return the MARGARITAVILLE blender. also very funny.
-the WHOLE BEGINNING BANK SCENE OF THE EPISODE was HILARIOUS. "and its gone." "what?" "it's gone. your money is GONE."
BAD
-they had the chicken running with it's head off. nasty.
-they didn't have but like 5 lines for Cartman. [[he's ma homeboy]]
-THEY CONSIDERED BARACK OBAMA AS OUR SAVIOR. FREAKIN STUPID. HE IS NOT OUR SAVIOR AT ALL.
those are my opinions. bye.

I luv how they added that joke at the end about Obama being our savior instead of Kyle. hehe like he could ever save us from anything... the idea of that is a joke in itself
Re: *1303: Margaritaville* Post-Episode Discussion
I really like Cartman's new feature Trey and Matt gave him.
When he has some complaint, he says "chee", and whine.
He has come back as the early day's whiny little boy...

Because it was hilarious and didn't rely on goths, High School Musical, or the Jonas Brothers to be hilarious.

1. How is that nasty? The chicken was just headless, there have been much more disguisting things in south park.
2. Cartman just had an episode last week, he isn't the main character.
3. That isn't what they said, they were poking fun at the media portrayal of Barack Obama. If you can't understand parody then don't watch south park.

"cut spending to bread, water and margarita's...yay"
"the economy is our sheppherd we shall not want"
gotta love randy marsh, always symbolizing the stupidity of the common man.

I kinda liked it, the parts i liked were when stan was going all over the palce trying to return the margaritaville and when they cut the chickens head off and they were playing music. And stan finally broke it. And kyle had a really good role in this episode so did stan. Kyle speech was really good, i liked him at the end when he was all like "aw come on!" i though it was thoughtfull of him paying for everyone's debts. Kenny unhooded again was awesome. When they thought kyle was dead i was all like.."he's not dead." and i was right. I would give this episode a 7/10.
My favorite sp characters: Bridon(he's so cute!)
Kyle,Stan, Kenny/Mysterion.

One of the best episodes I have ever seen. The part with the headless chicken made me roll over laughing.
Cartman kicks ass!!!
Re: *1303: Margaritaville* Post-Episode Discussion
Meh, I thought the episode was kinda dumb. I didn't laugh once the entire time, though I did snort once or twice.
