Cartman's voice transformation

Postby chef423 » Wed Aug 26, 2009 9:17 pm

Any of you noticed that around season 3 Cartman's voice isnt as raspy as it used to be. Now, past... say season 9, hes not sounding as fat (big boned) as he used to be.

What gives here? :?:

I really like the older version of Eric's voice.

Thanks,
chef

Keep in mind that Matt and Trey have been doing this show for over 10 years, his voice couldn't stay whiny forever, so it had to change at some point.

I like his older voice the best though, his newer voice makes him sound more like a 13 year old.

I really miss his voice when it was raspy and high pitched; however, he became more intelligent once the series progressed and I like how he has become an evil genius! :D

We also don't see him eat as much as before, if anyone hasn't noticed that fact. Or anyone making fun of his eating habits like in previous episodes..

I thought cartman was funny as hell in the begining with the winey voice. But I like how Cartman became a sinister mellecious evil genius. He was evil and manipulative in some of the mid season episodes but nothing compared to what he is today. He's so evil he's an animal. His new voice is still funny amd still gets raspy when he gets pissed off. I always thought the funnyest Cartman moments was when he got really pissd. EX the whole class shouting "Hello Fatso!"

Good old Cartman rocks...

The voice Cartman used to have in the earliest seasons was way better than the new one. I also miss his old catchphrases like "You guys seriously!" or "Kick ass..." (said with his old voice).

I didn't like Cartman voice in the Fishsticks episode. I liked his voice best in seasons 9-11 and some of 12. i think they changed his voice back to the way it was in seasons 7-8.

I miss the old Cartman too but if his voice still was like it was in the first 3 seasons and he still acted like he used to then you wouldn't like it.
