I have a fear of the Unknown. Now, that does not mean I am afraid of DEATH. Fear of the UNKNOWN and fear of DEATH are two completely different things.

I am freaked out by heights, but I'd imagine three-quarters of all people are, too. However, I don't know if I'm afraid of heights enough to be considered acrophobic. I can look out from a very high area, but I don't like looking down. If I'm protected by a secure barrier (full walls/partial windows, etc.), then I'm not so uneasy.

Things I know i shouldn't be afraid of; ethnic minorities or women in positions of power, blacks in general, homeless people, those who are sexually active... i hate social conservatives but i am one on the inside...sometimes.... its more 'i'm a little bit racist sometimes' (i hope everyone's seen avenue Q) and i'm blowing it out of proportion but its something i majorly have to work to change =S

Heights don't really bother me, up to a point. The last time I went out the the state fair I rode in the big Ferris wheel, and when I was at the top, I thought "If these bars weren't here I don't know if I could handle this".
