I would love that. Kenny has been developed a lot more is the last few years, but he has a lot of catching up to do when it comes to how much of the plot the other boys get. Just as long as it's funny and coherent with what the character has done so far I don't see a problem with Kenny talking at all.

I wouldn't mind if they did a few more but they've already had plenty of episodes where you hear Kenny's real voice. Most recently in the 3-parter Coon 2: Hindsight, Mysterion Rises, and Coon vs Coon and Friends. Also Eric Stough has done Kenny's real voice since The Jeffersons in season 8, and Mike Judge did Kenny's real voice in the movie.

But seriously, South Park's dialogue is one of it's main strengths. I don't mind Kenny talking.

Well, actually in the FAQ they say every time Kenny had his hood off. Go look through the archives! And if you want to see him full-on hoodless, check out the movie, Bigger, Longer, and Uncut on Youtube or Netflix! They still have some clips of it on Youtube and in one, he takes off his hood and talks!
