In text format or even on the season 14 dvd realease?

Doubtful, at least not in the near future. I don't know the legalities of contracts in the entertainment industry, such as who owns the episode. It was written and produced by Matt and Trey, of course, but who really owns it?
Example: if MnT go to another network, can SP come with them, or is it owned by CC? I don't know.
My point, perhaps in the Blu-Ray or DVD we get to hear the complete uncensored episode. If released on DVD or Blu-Ray, then I'm sure Big-Will will put the transcript on his site. But unless the episode is released in some other format such as DVD, and if the current contracts permit it, then we will get to hear his speech. Otherwise, we only have our imaginations to figure it out

For the near future, I'm afraid the answer is: "no."

I find this just teribly distressing. I am new here and upon finding out that one could find all t diologe at Big-Will's site I exitedly ran over there so as to read what I had missed due to t fraking bleeping only to find that it was cencord there as well.
I think that in this day and age that so many people submit to and even respect this position to be utterly apauling. In t 1500s or so t church put Galilao under house arest for calling into question t biblical acount of cosmology w everything revolving around t earth. Also around then 10s of thousands were burnt at t stake for herasy or as witches. This kind of crap still goes on in tribal African vilages. But to have this kind of delusional arogence to have this much influence in America's "progresive liberal" entertainment industry is just unbelievable.
Who elected t Ayatola president of our country or did he recently buy Viacom or what? Well anyway, I hope you are wrong. Or I hope it maneges to get leaked or something somehow. Good luck to everyone on Draw Mohamed Day, may 20.

What you saw was subtitles of what someone thought Kyle said. Naturally, it was fake.

That's what I thought it was about, and someone I know who works at South Park Studios said so to me at ComicCon a month and a half ago. You may never hear it word for word, but at least you have an idea what it's about.

and this message was censored out of fear. Not that I blame anyone for it, but it does say a lot about the truth of the matter.

Nothing new there. This was Matt and Trey's comment on the matter in April of last year:
In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it.

Every DVD has a disclaimer saying "The commentary does not reflect the opinions of the studio, blah blah blah" Comedy Central does not own Matt Stone or Trey Parker. If they really wanted to, they could put up a blog or video blog on facebook, twitter, etc and tell us what the speech says. This is one big joke on the fans and I do not find it funny.
If. They had the same opportunity back in 2006 and didn't take it.
