Counseler Steve is the leader of the Tardicaca Camp Counselers who work with the Tardicaca Campers to give them the best summer possible. He tries to be encouraging to the campers and make sure everyone's included, striving for a positive environment, but Counselor Steve can't see through Nathan and Mimsy's blatant deception.
