The Girls' Official "List Keeper" in difficult times, Nelly is one of the many fourth grade girls at South Park Elementary but is probably best known for her outspoken and somewhat tough nature - which is probably why she has the job. When [[Butters Stotch]] was recruited to kick her in the "balls" to obtain the Cutest Boys list, she didn't flinch - but she did break his arm. She wasn't afraid to call out the boys for their ignorance of [[Gerald Broflovski|Skankhunt42]]'s actions on the school message board, either. | |||
