Kenny G is a musician who specializes in the saxophone who helps with the four million child Worldwide Recorder Concert in Arkansas, along with musician Yoko Ono. He was paid by Mr. Garrison's father to pretend to be him and have sex with his son, a night which neither of them have forgotten.
