Story

Description

Kenny's parents are arrested as part of an episode of "White Trash in Trouble", forcing the McCormick kids into an agnostic foster home situation. Cartman is sincerely disturbed when Kenny is taken away. He doesn't know who to rip on for being the poorest kid in school anymore.
